Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at A-1 Cash and Carry. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling process, supervising sales staff, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient cash handling procedures.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate records.
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or cash handling environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
