About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will involve working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with customers, and leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs and offering personalized financial advice and guidance.
- Deliver sales and service objectives through proactive engagement, building relationships, and leveraging various communication channels.
- Maintain current knowledge of personal banking products, practices, and trends, incorporating this information into customer conversations.
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with a post-secondary degree in a related field.
- Registration to sell investment products completed (as required for the jurisdiction).
- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
- Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products, as well as small business customer needs and solutions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,700 - $66,100 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
