About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer Lead to join our team at Adastra. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data solutions on the Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions on Azure
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Azure
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Synapse
  • Experience with data modeling, relational modeling, and dimensional modeling
  • Microsoft Azure Certified: Data Engineer
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
