Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in London, Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of branch activities and ensuring customer expectations are met.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, executing, and following up on industrial cleaning site operations;
  • Supervising and directing teams to ensure efficient workflow and effective use of resources;
  • Maintaining good work practices and ensuring site safety;
  • Applying and enforcing regulations, customer requirements, and occupational health and safety objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial or unionized environment;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
