- We are seeking Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) who share our passion for community care and excellence in practice.
- Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing tailored care plans, and providing evidence-based care.
- You will also collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and connect clients with local community resources.
Competitive Compensation:
- Our Total Rewards package includes a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per annum, which takes into account the demands of this role.
- A guaranteed minimum of 70 visits biweekly ensures a stable income, allowing you to plan your schedule effectively.
- In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses and incentives based on your performance and contributions to the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is mandatory.
- CAN specialist certification is considered an asset but not required.
- You must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle for travel purposes.
- A willingness to attain required certifications and maintain updated immunization records is expected.
