Job Description:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the success and profitability of the store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this individual will be responsible for supporting all store operations and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and implementing visual merchandising strategies.
  • Lead by example and develop a high-performing sales team through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of retail principles, including customer service, selling techniques, and merchandising practices.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team towards shared objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $$$60,000 to $80,000 annually. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
