PCMA Lifecycle Management Strategist

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
In this pivotal role at President's Choice Financial, you will lead the delivery of customer lifecycle management strategies that drive engagement and business results for our PC Money Account customers. With a deep understanding of customer segments, key performance indicators, and regulatory requirements, you will identify, recommend, and implement strategic marketing campaigns to incent profitable customer behaviors.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of omnichannel communications to address opportunities against tightly defined KPIs and changes to our customer value proposition.
- Evaluate customer journeys across multiple channels (email, SMS, in-app notifications, and offline channels) to inform our communications strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and monitor programs, measure overall effectiveness, and make recommendations accordingly to ensure customer KPIs are met.
- Identify data insights through A/B testing and experimentation to consistently improve and optimize our communications strategy.
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies and tactics that align with our brand goals and objectives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
What You'll Need:
- A university degree with a specialization in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
- 3-5 years of related experience in banking/deposits and/or customer lifecycle/CRM.
- Experience mapping customer journeys and familiarity with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights through campaigns and A/B testing.
- Passion for customer insights and communications to achieve business objectives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment using agile methodologies to continuously launch and iterate on programs.
