Administrative Operations Coordinator

Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on the required skills and qualifications, as well as industry standards in the region.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to perform administrative tasks related to personnel management, financial management, and work organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data, overseeing departmental internal and external relations, and managing office personnel.
- Logistics of incoming and outgoing goods;
- Stock replenishment in the CMC;
- Receiving, distributing, and shipping goods;
- Delivery of various goods in the community;
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative theory, systems, techniques, and practices, as well as experience working with computer applications, particularly Virtuo and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will need:
- Diploma of College Studies with specialization in administrative techniques or equivalent experience;
- Two years of relevant experience;
- Fluency in English, Cree, and French;
- Able to lift loads of up to 75 lbs;
