As a Torrid Sales Associate, you'll deliver outstanding service by making every customer feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences that foster positive customer connections and loyalty
  • Utilize sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales at the register
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends, to meet business needs
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing, adhering to visual standards
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized stockroom and store environment that inspires customers

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Stay fashion-forward and knowledgeable about current trends

Physical Demands:

  • Able to stand and walk during scheduled shifts
  • Pack and unpack shipments, arrange store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Reach merchandise using ladders, step stools, and retrieval poles
