Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, prepare financial statements, and perform various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: QuickBooks, attention to detail, organizational skills, analytical skills, and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
