Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at BC Hydro. In this role, you will be responsible for managing properties and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage property portfolios, including leasing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in property administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
