We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Eggholic-Indian Street Food. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place them in storage areas.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth service.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer expectations.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to meet customer demands.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required.
  • Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
