Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Full-time Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our family-oriented team. As an integral member of the Cambrian team, you will be responsible for assisting the pharmacists in accurately filling and dispensing prescriptions, answering incoming calls, and other dispensary-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in accurately filling and dispensing prescriptions
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other dispensary-related tasks as required
  • Use your personality to provide outstanding patient care
  • Contribute to a team work atmosphere within an independent community pharmacy
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Technician diploma
  • Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP)
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office applications
  • Promote excellent customer relations and consistently show courtesy, caring, understanding, compassion, and respect to residents, families, visitors, medical staff, co-workers, and volunteers
  • Follow policies, procedures, and regulations; must know the drug laws and the limits of the responsibilities that may be assumed by the Pharmacy Technician
