Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Compact Construction Equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the compact construction equipment market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, leveraging industry trends and market insights to drive sales growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Brandt's compact construction equipment products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including sales reports and customer records.

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction equipment industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate with customers.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be available to travel as needed, with a valid driver's license and passport.
