About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Quebec and Northeast Provinces. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and training to customers in support of Skyjack products.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall responsiveness and knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions to customers on Skyjack products and services.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary technical diploma and ongoing related organization training and maintenance experience.
  • Minimum one year's customer service experience; aerial work platform industry experience strongly preferred but not essential.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Ability to work independently performing service and repair tasks as needed.
  • Possess strong system and hardware skills.
  • Ability to use communications software and possess above-average computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, and PowerPoint.
