Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope Position

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
