Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Support Worker to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working in healthcare or a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
