Your key responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating all aspects of proposal management, including working with project directors, technical content leads, and subject matter experts to ensure effective proposal process, design, content, and relationships.
* Developing and enforcing effective deliverables matrices and bid schedules to ensure proposals are thoroughly managed, reviewed, produced, and delivered on time.
* Leading status and review meetings to ensure the pursuit team is informed about the latest proposal requirements and on schedule with their assigned contributions.
* Proofreading proposal content to ensure continuity, accuracy, and compliance with legal, technical, and marketing specifications.

If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong process skills, excellent writing and proofreading skills, and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint, we encourage you to apply.
