Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2432895 Alberta LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 to 44 hours of work per week
Work Environment:
