Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking of project progress.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of construction team members.
  • Estimate costs and materials to ensure budget compliance and efficient resource utilization.
  • Set up equipment to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate resource availability.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to support project execution.
  • Work Term: Permanent to provide stability and continuity.
  • Work Language: English to facilitate effective communication.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
