Manager of Gender-Based Violence Prevention Programs

At Ka Ni Kanichihk Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead our Gender-Based Violence Prevention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational directives and work plans to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to program staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Team to provide strategic guidance and support in program planning, budgeting, and evaluation.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and progress reports for senior management, Council, and funding bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing standards and regulations, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on gender-based violence prevention.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and support program staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
