We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd. O/A New Millenium Edmonton Tire & Lube Ltd.

Job Description

This is a supervisory role that requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation
  2. Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  3. Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
  4. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  5. Train workers in duties and policies
  6. Conduct performance reviews to assess employee progress
  7. Coordinate, assign, and review work to meet deadlines and goals
  8. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  9. Organize and maintain inventory levels to optimize stock turnover
  10. Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency
Supervision

You will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 people in various areas of responsibility.

Additional Information

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be organized, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
