Customer Service Coordinator

Mikisew Trading Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for authorizing routine deposits and withdrawals, co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments, and establishing work schedules and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for examining and verifying the accuracy of work, identifying workers' training needs, and preparing and submitting reports.
The Customer Service Coordinator will also be responsible for resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality. They will conduct performance reviews, perform same duties as workers supervised, and recruit and hire staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be proficient in the use of computer systems and equipment, and have a strong understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Examine and verify the accuracy of work
- Identify workers' training needs
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Conduct performance reviews

- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
