Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in downtown Toronto. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating data models to transform raw data into relevant insights via dashboards, reports, and metrics in Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights via dashboards, reports, and metrics in Power BI
  • Rebuild existing dashboards into more dynamic and build new visuals
  • Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis
  • Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights
  • Search and identify pathways for automation and data efficiency
  • Identify gaps in best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
  • Use Power BI to run DAX queries and functions
  • Gather data from various sources (Excel, API, database, etc.) to store in a central database or to push to other sources
Requirements
  • College or university degree
  • Prior experience in Data-related tasks
  • Experience with Power BI, Power apps, and Power Automate
  • Familiar with Power Query, MDX, DAX, Python
  • Analytical thinking for converting data into relevant reports and graphics
