Requirements:

  • A college degree in business administration, hospitality, or a relevant technical field.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with current technology.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Functional French is also required.
