Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ONTARIO LTD. This role will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, including travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Draft and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
