School District Administrator

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled School District Administrator to join our team. As an Assistant of the School Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of teachers and support staff, evaluating teaching methods and quality of instruction, and ensuring community participation in programs for a school district.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be required to work under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities- Evaluate teachers and support staff to ensure they meet the necessary standards
- Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs for students and adults
- Review and revise programs based on academic performance levels
- Co-ordinate teaching activities and direct school maintenance
- Organize and maintain records and procedures
- Prepare and administer budgets
- Ensure compliance with school board or provincial standards
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Provincial teacher's certificate
- Criminal record check
- Work under pressure
