About the Role

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Archer Learning Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive environment that fosters creativity, exploration, and social interaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
  • Conduct regular observations to identify areas of strength and improvement, and provide thoughtful recommendations to parents and guardians.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and well-being.
Certifications and Qualifications
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a physically demanding environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements and Preferences
  • Reliability and strong communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
