What We Need
We are seeking an International Client Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with clients, particularly extending and renewing contracts with businesses. You will collaborate with multiple teams to manage updates, onboard new clients, and represent our offerings at client-hosted events.
This is a hybrid role, working remotely 80% of the time and requiring occasional travel within Montreal and Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth. Communicate with clients via email or phone, addressing customer service issues, analyzing performance metrics, and setting targets. Educate users on our platform and create ways to support administrators and promote the program among users.
- Launch and Nurture Customer Accounts. Manage day-to-day client requests, focusing on meeting retention goals. Build and maintain relationships with 50-75 clients and manage the customer life cycle annually, including contract renewals.
- Contribute to Marketing Efforts. Support marketing campaign planning and execution. Monitor and review usage and campaign metrics, providing insightful analysis. Cultivate trust with partners by maintaining regular communication, assessing client satisfaction, and reviewing account performance. Generate detailed reports and address technical or performance issues.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proficient with MS Office 365 and Teams.
- Familiarity with project management and documentation management tools like ASANA, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Able to interpret data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform strategies to drive business growth.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
