Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join our team at Tilly's Family Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role

  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless meal preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of local ingredients and culinary expertise.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a head chef or senior cook.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
