The Royal Mental Health Centre is committed to advancing interventional repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) treatment strategies for clients diagnosed with difficult-to-treat mood disorders. As a Research Coordinator I, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Neuromodulation Research clinic and contributing to groundbreaking research.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity requires an experienced clinical research background and the ability to conduct and score neuropsychiatric assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and screening study participants, maintaining study records, and assisting with administrative duties such as scheduling study visits and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and informed consent of study participants
  • Scheduling and administering participant clinical interviews
  • Maintaining study recruitment targets and adhering to study protocols
  • Preparing necessary reports and progress updates
  • Developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures for the lab
  • Abiding by established IMHR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with financial transactions and administration of rTMS treatment
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant research experience
  • Experience in administering clinical assessments
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset

Competitive Salary Range:$27.75 - $36.52 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
