Job Title: Data Analyst

About the Role:

Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst to join our analytics department. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for processing client files and static reports into systems of record. This will involve running additional ad-hoc queries and transforming client data to move it in an acceptable format.

Responsibilities:

* Uploading and downloading of data files to support client file processing.
* Update and maintain databases in support of various periodic reports in support of the business processes.
* Review reports with business leaders to ensure accuracy and understanding; modify reports as needed.
* Research data and reporting errors and work with management to find solutions.
* Support project teams with data collection and cataloging.

Qualifications:

* AA/AS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math/Statistics, or equivalent experience in Operations Management, MIS/Information Technology or similar discipline.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to focus on key tasks, prioritize duties, and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Qualifications:

* 1 year experience with SQL Server or SSIS.
