About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative Operations to join our team at Intelcom - Dragonfly. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our delivery teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication with our teams.

What We Offer

As a Customer Service Representative Operations with Intelcom - Dragonfly, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $22, working part-time hours of 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.
