This Aircraft Maintenance Team Lead Role requires 3 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance and inspection procedures. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, with Aircraft Maintenance leadership being preferred.

Key responsibilities include supervising assigned aircraft maintenance employees, ensuring daily and overall operations of the aircraft maintenance department, and promoting a safe work environment through a safety/security program.

The selected candidate must possess an A&P certificate or certificated under FAR (part 65) and be familiar with aircraft inspection systems and procedures. Additionally, they should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, effective leadership and coaching skills, strong organizational and planning skills, and proficient computer skills.

In this role, you will engage with customers regarding Aircraft Maintenance (where required), identify and communicate best practices, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. You will also manage Database/Reporting to ensure labor efficiency is in line with work order.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of Bombardier by ensuring that all planned and ad-hoc maintenance is completed efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
