Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Professional to join our team at LeadingAhead Energy Inc. as an Executive Office Coordinator.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus group insurance benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including preparing and reviewing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Policy Administration: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day activities of office support staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and perform data entry.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Education: College diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, electronic schedulers, and other relevant software.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
