About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Director, Health Information Management at Northern Health Authority. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change and improve healthcare services in northern British Columbia.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will lead a team responsible for delivering health information management functions across the organization. Your expertise in healthcare informatics and experience in leading complex projects and quality improvement initiatives will be essential in driving integrated care and high-quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, including registration, release of information, records management, and health informatics. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders and solution providers.

About the Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is approximately $116,591 to $145,739 per year, based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefit package, including extended health/dental coverage and a municipal pension plan for full-time employees.
