As a Fire Alarm Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Coordinate with municipalities to ensure all aspects of permit process and site inspections are satisfactorily completed
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  • Schedule and oversee installation activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project implementation.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work meets specifications.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, invoices, and change orders.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and performance.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members to promote collaboration and success.


Qualifications:
  • Valid CFAA registration preferred.
  • Previous experience in project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and relevant codes and standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
