Hotel Managing Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at DAYS INN BRAMPTON. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our hotel staff, ensuring seamless service delivery to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that guests receive exceptional service.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date with hotel operations and procedures.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum productivity.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hotel industry.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
