At BAIE VISTA INN LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as cleaning kitchen and work areas.
