Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Food Service Lead to join our team at PIZZA HUT. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of our high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food products.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure optimal food preparation and minimize waste.
  • Hire and train new staff members to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring seamless service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
