Job Description

Technical Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering our local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Administer network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures and maintain control records.
  • Implement network traffic and security monitoring software to optimize server performance.
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in network administration and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, architectures, and security measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
