Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in campaign development, execution, and analysis. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand sales goals and develop targeted campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain our marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continually improve our marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation and campaign development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through digital marketing efforts.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
