Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at CANESL INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration
    • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping
    • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff and management
    • Respond to electronic enquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Google Docs
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
