About the Role
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Assistant General Manager and is responsible for the professional administration and leasing of a Centurion Property Associates Inc. managed student housing community. This includes assisting current and prospective residents, showing available units, and securing leases to achieve optimum value for Centurion Property Associates Inc.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves developing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proactive timely resolution of all current and prospective resident inquiries. The representative will professionally handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns, and escalate any issues to the Assistant General Manager or General Manager. They will also ensure a high level of resident satisfaction by constantly attending to Centurion's vision, mission, and values, and promoting a strong sense of community.

Ongoing Operations
The representative will answer all current and prospective resident inquiries, conduct viewings, and provide related information and forms to prospective residents. They will help fill-out applications, collect completed forms, obtain prospective resident information, and place requesting residents onto the waiting list. The representative will follow up with them regularly to keep them updated on availability. Additionally, they will assist with organizing, marketing, and hosting student events, move-ins, and move-outs, conducting suite inspections as required. They will inform the Assistant General Manager of any deficiencies or problems noted in the buildings or properties that require attention.

Administration and Reporting
The representative will maintain an orderly desk area and complete general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents. They will complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements
This role requires a passion for excellence in customer service delivery, exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask, and highly motivated individuals. Knowledge of other languages is an asset, and detail-oriented individuals who can resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense are preferred. Forward-thinking individuals with the ability to develop creative strategic solutions to issues are also essential. Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve difficult issues in a timely manner are necessary.
