Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that is safe and respectful for all staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
