About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Professionals. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults and seniors in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders to promote independence and well-being
  • Support clients with grooming and bathing, toileting, and incontinence issues, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained
  • Offer Alzheimer's care and support to clients with dementia, using person-centered approaches to promote engagement and quality of life

Requirements:

  • Ability to treat clients and their property with dignity and respect
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Complete a criminal background check and provide professional and personal references
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle, with a clean driver's abstract
  • Have access to a computer and a cell phone for communication and administrative tasks
