We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Professional to join our team in South Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, educating, and driving awareness of safety procedures, policies, SWMS, and processes on road infrastructure projects.
This role involves conducting audits, site inspections, and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with our HSE Management system. You will also liaise with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to deliver HSE outcomes.
In this role, you will support operational teams in complying with the HSE Management system and assist in identifying and managing risks to improve worker safety awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering safety and educating risk awareness. You will have a working knowledge of Traffic Management requirements and experience conducting safety audits and providing training.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including corporate health and fitness programs, health insurance discounts, and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
