Rome Logistics Group is seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our team in Rome, where you will drive your own success by building a portfolio of clients across North America.

About the Role:
- Develop and Manage a Portfolio: Build your own book of business through proactive B2B cold calling and freight solutions.
- Client Engagement: Follow up with new and existing clients to offer customized shipping services and close deals.
- Business Prospecting: Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities across North America.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates effectively with freight carriers to secure competitive pricing.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
Your Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Post-secondary education in a relevant field or comparable industry experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), with familiarity in Outlook and Word.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Motivation and Attitude: Highly driven with a proactive, go-getter mindset.
