About the Role:

  • Develop and Manage a Portfolio: Build your own book of business through proactive B2B cold calling and freight solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Follow up with new and existing clients to offer customized shipping services and close deals.
  • Business Prospecting: Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities across North America.
  • Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates effectively with freight carriers to secure competitive pricing.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Post-secondary education in a relevant field or comparable industry experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), with familiarity in Outlook and Word.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Motivation and Attitude: Highly driven with a proactive, go-getter mindset.
