Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Enzo Developments Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Select trade subcontractors and prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards
  • Plan and manage budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget
  • Prepare reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
