Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at SMH Management Inc. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute hotel events, meetings, and conferences.
- Establishing Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Provide technical guidance and support to resolve work-related issues and improve overall hotel operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of hotel equipment, machinery, and computer systems to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Supply Requisition: Procure necessary materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel inventory.
